In these days of junk food and irregular work and sleep schedules, with the changed lifestyle and quick shift of priorities, fitness to men and women has become a challenge. Most of the men and women have a strict concern about their physique and looks only till they find their better half and get married. When it comes to the case of moms and dads, the question of fitness is too far to even think of. But to Kiran Dembla, a famous fitness trainer, its different. She is a mother of two kids and is aged above 40. What she achieved at her age is phenomenal and blasts a powerful ripple of inspiration to the mothers of the world. Kiran Dembla is probably the fittest mom in India with 6 pack abs and super toned muscles. KiranDembla has been a reknowned fitness trainer in the twin cities. She is the official fitness trainer to celebrities like Tamanna, Anushka, Poonam Kaur, Genelia, S.S.Rajamouli etc. " When it comes to work outs, I am very serious. There were days when I had to spend more than 7 hours in gym. I wanted to prove to the world that women can be fit and perfect even after they become moms. Fitness is not a fashion. Its a necessity. To women who often experience stressful multitasking , fitness is of paramount importance" says Kiran Dembla.  

Kiran Dembla, in the spirit of spreading awareness about the necessity of fitness,  teamed up with the ace photographer Mr.Sarath Shetty. “ It all started when I was discussing with my friend Manchu Lakshmi regarding this idea of organizing a photo shoot. The moment she listened to the idea and the concept of Super Mom Show, one person she had on mind to suggest me immediately was Sarath Shetty. In any case, I decided not to compromise on the quality of the photographs and I am glad that Mr.Sarath Shetty executed the photo shoots with heavenly creativity and fantastic technical expertise”says Kiran Dembla.

 The central idea was to shoot a series of photographs featuring Kiran Dembla depicting the concept of fitness and organise an exposition with those photographs in the spirit of spreading awareness about fitness to mothers.

                The photo shoots were conducted for three days.  Sarath Shetty with his outstanding creativity designed and shot a series of photos. Each photograph was uniquely composed with a blend of fine digital art and expert photographic techniques. “ All the credit goes to Kiran Dembla. She is a serious professional determined to spread the word about fitness.  She was fantastic in delivering those required expressions on her face. We only added that necessary styling to the entire concept with our photographs”, says Sarath Shetty  in a humble voice.  Kavya from the fashion world accompanied Mr.Sarath Shetty in styling the scenes for photography and the exposition as well.

                Then we had very nice photographs with a very powerful theme in hands. Now what took our work to the next level is the support of Mr.Kaali Sudheer, the founder and curator of the Muse Art Gallery. We are thankful  to Mr.Kaali Sudheer who supported us for the Super Mom event at the Muse Art Gallery. When he listened to the concept, he said that the concept deserves a fantastic gallery space and that he is always glad to support for a unique event with a unique cause like “super mom” says Sarath Shetty. 

Kavya belongs to the fashion world. She worked as the stylist for the entire concept and the event.  Kavya has been associated with Sarath Shetty for a few other assignments as well. "We are an extremely passionate team and that is what makes us different from the rest." says Kavya.
